Additional Rights and Obligations of Operator Sample Clauses

The "Additional Rights and Obligations of Operator" clause defines specific powers and responsibilities granted to the operator beyond those generally outlined in the agreement. This may include the authority to make certain operational decisions, manage resources, or implement procedures necessary for the effective running of the project or facility. For example, the operator might be permitted to hire subcontractors or required to maintain particular records. The core function of this clause is to clarify the operator’s expanded role and ensure both parties understand the scope of the operator’s authority and duties, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
