Commingling of Gas. The Shipper acknowledges and agrees that Gas under this agreement may be supplied in a commingled stream along with gas from other sources. The Shipper further acknowledges and agrees that there may be processing of Gas for stripping off of higher Hydrocarbons prior to its redelivery at the Redelivery Point(s). However, the parties agree that gas supplied under this agreement shall conform to the Specification of Gas as agreed. Transporter shall have the right to commingle the Gas delivered to Transporter at the Delivery Point with other Gas in the Transporter’s Facilities, subject to Transporter's obligation to redeliver the Gas at Redelivery Point quantities of Gas equivalent to those received at the Delivery Point and within the Specification of Gas as agreed.
Commingling of Gas. (a) The Shipper acknowledges and agrees that Gas under GTA may be supplied in a commingled stream along with gas from other sources. The Shipper further acknowledges and agrees that there may be processing of Gas for stripping off of higher Hydrocarbons prior to its redelivery at the Exit Point(s). However, the Parties agree that gas supplied under GTA shall conform to the Specifications of Gas as agreed. (b) Transporter shall have the right to commingle the Gas delivered to Transporter at the Entry Point with other Gas in the Transporter’s Facilities, subject to Transporter's obligation to redeliver the Gas at Exit Point quantities of Gas equivalent to those received at the Entry Point and within the Specifications of Gas as agreed.
Commingling of Gas. The Transporter may commingle Gas supplied by the Shipper at a Receipt Point with other Gas in the Pipeline, and deliver commingled Gas to Shipper at a Delivery Point.
Commingling of Gas. The Operator will have the right to commingle the Gas Delivered by the Shipper at an Inlet Point with other Gas in the DBNGP during transportation and is entitled to Deliver different molecules to the Shipper at the Outlet Points from those received at the Inlet Points.
Commingling of Gas. The Service Provider may commingle Gas supplied by the Customer at the NRSA Receipt Point with other Gas in the Nitrogen Removal Skid, and deliver commingled Gas to the Customer at the NRSA Delivery Point.
Commingling of Gas. The Gas delivered to the Tubridgi Parties at any Transmission Receipt Point may be commingled with other Gas in the Tubridgi Pipeline System. The Tubridgi Parties will be entitled to deliver Gas in a commingled state to or for the account of the Pipeline User.

Commingling of Gas. Subject to sub-clause 12.9, Gas delivered to AGN at any Receipt Point may be commingled with any other substance in the Network (including any substance owned by AGN or by any other person). Subject to sub-clause 12.9, AGN will be entitled to deliver Gas in a commingled state to each User DP.
Commingling of Gas. The Gas received by APA at the Receipt Points may be commingled with other Gas in the relevant Pipeline and with other elements for the operation and maintenance of the relevant Pipeline in accordance with Good Engineering and Operating Practice. Subject to APA’s obligation to deliver at the Delivery Point quantities of Gas meeting the requirements of clause 11, APA may commingle Gas received and deliver Gas in a commingled state to Shipper, despite clause 15. Shipper will from time to time at its discretion and at its cost be entitled to request and receive a sample of the Gas which has been commingled in the relevant Pipeline.

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks. 6.1.1 As used in this Section 6, “Traffic Rate” means the applicable Reciprocal Compensation Traffic rate, Measured Internet Traffic rate, intrastate Switched Exchange Access Service rate, interstate Switched Exchange Access Service rate, or intrastate/interstate Tandem Transit Traffic rate, as provided in the Pricing Attachment, an applicable Tariff, or, for Measured Internet Traffic, the FCC Internet Order. 6.1.2 If the originating Party passes CPN on ninety-five percent (95%) or more of its calls, the receiving Party shall ▇▇▇▇ the originating Party the Traffic Rate applicable to each relevant minute of traffic for which CPN is passed. For any remaining (up to 5%) calls without CPN information, the receiving Party shall ▇▇▇▇ the originating Party for such traffic at the Traffic Rate applicable to each relevant minute of traffic, in direct proportion to the minutes of use of calls passed with CPN information. 6.1.3 If the originating Party passes CPN on less than ninety-five percent (95%) of its calls and the originating Party chooses to combine Reciprocal Compensation Traffic and Toll Traffic on the same trunk group, the receiving Party shall ▇▇▇▇ the higher of its interstate Switched Exchange Access Service rates or its intrastate Switched Exchange Access Services rates for all traffic that is passed without CPN, unless the Parties agree that other rates should apply to such traffic. 6.2 At such time as a receiving Party has the capability, on an automated basis, to use such CPN to classify traffic delivered over Interconnection Trunks by the other Party by Traffic Rate type (e.g., Reciprocal Compensation Traffic/Measured Internet Traffic, intrastate Switched Exchange Access Service, interstate Switched Exchange Access Service, or intrastate/interstate Tandem Transit Traffic), such receiving Party shall ▇▇▇▇ the originating Party the Traffic Rate applicable to each relevant minute of traffic for which CPN is passed. If the receiving Party lacks the capability, on an automated basis, to use CPN information on an automated basis to classify traffic delivered by the other Party by Traffic Rate type, the originating Party will supply Traffic Factor 1 and Traffic Factor
