Additional Rights and Obligations of the Parties. (a) During the Term, GLC shall maintain in its employ, or otherwise have available to it through affiliates or otherwise, personnel in its judgment sufficient in number and adequate in ability to perform all Advisory Services that GLC is required to perform under this Agreement. (b) The Company shall at all times cooperate with GLC. (c) GLC shall diligently and faithfully perform its obligations under this Agreement. (d) The Company covenants and agrees that at all times during the Term Holdings shall have no operations and shall not engage in any business other than as a holding company owning 100% of WLRGR.
