Additional Rights of Holders of Transfer Restricted Securities. In addition to the rights provided to Holders of the Notes under the Indenture, Holders of Transferred Restricted Securities shall have all the rights set forth in the A/B Exchange Registration Rights Agreement dated as of December 20, 2002 between ACC and the parties named on the signature pages thereof (the "Registration Rights Agreement").
