The 'Additional school days' clause defines the conditions under which extra instructional days may be added to the academic calendar. Additional school days. In the event the District seeks to add additional school days to this school year or next year, the District will seek to staff such additional days first by offering the work to unit members by order of seniority. Such work shall be compensated at least the same as during the regular school year.
Additional school days. The Board may schedule and hold up to two (2) additional work days for teachers beyond the number scheduled and held during the 1996-97 school year. Any such additional days shall be non-pupil attendance days.   • Additional Hours Employees who are required to work additional hours beyond their working week are entitled to receive enhancements on the following basis: Monday to Saturday Time and a half Sundays and Public and Extra Statutory holidays Double time (min 2 hours) (Part-time employees are entitled to these enhancements only at times and in circumstances in which full-time employees in the establishment would qualify. Otherwise a full working week for full-time employees shall be worked by a part-time employee before these enhancements apply).

  • Additional Days Where public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in subclause 58.2 and subclause 58.3 above in Victoria or a locality thereof, those days will, as applicable, constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service. 4.2 Additional service or variations in the Service may be required after the date of execution of this Agreement and may be performed upon our prior written approval. Such written approval shall be evidenced by a change authorisation order (“Change Order”) or such other written authorisation as approved and signed by the Contact or a duly authorised Public Officer. In such case, a Change Order shall be issued within a reasonable time thereafter. 4.3 All Change Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 4.4 The Fee for additional service shall be agreed by us in writing prior to any additional service being performed.

  • Lieu Days Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3 or 17.4 of this Agreement, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

  • Work Days The work day shall consist of an assigned shift within twenty-four (24) consecutive hours commencing at 12:01 a.m.
