Common use of ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS. Grantee may open one or more additional charter schools if all charter schools operated by Grantee were designated as attaining the one of the top two performance categories for three consecutive years on the accountability reports published under Wis. Stat. § 115.385. If new charter schools are opened under this provision, the Parties shall enter into a new contract for each additional school.

ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS. Grantee may open one or more additional charter schools if if, at the time of submitting an application for such school(s), all charter schools operated by Grantee were designated as attaining the assigned to one of the top two performance categories for three consecutive years on in the most recent accountability reports published under Wis. Stat. § 115.385. If open or more new charter schools are opened under this provision, this Contract shall be amended to apply to such school(s) unless the Parties shall enter into a new contract for each additional schoolcontract.
