Additional Security Deposit. Upon Tenant’s execution hereof, Tenant shall pay Landlord the sum of $62,152.64, which shall be added to and become part of the Security Deposit held by Landlord pursuant to Section 1.8 of the Lease, subject to Section 1.5 above.
