Common use of Additional Security Deposit Clause in Contracts

Additional Security Deposit. Concurrently with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s delivery of this Amendment, Tenant shall deliver the sum of $19,914.00 to Landlord, which sum shall be added to the Security Deposit presently being held by Landlord in accordance with Section 4.3 of the Lease. Accordingly, the Security Deposit is increased from $88,236.00 to $108,150.00.

Additional Security Deposit. Concurrently with ▇▇▇▇▇▇Tenant’s delivery of this Amendment, Tenant shall deliver the sum of $19,914.00 28,954.11 to Landlord, which sum shall be added to the Security Deposit presently being held by Landlord in accordance with Section 4.3 of the Lease. The Additional Security Deposit shall be in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit in accordance with Section 4.3 5 of the Lease.
