IWP has confirmed that it has made certain changes to its information security and will attest to these changes in a confidential declaration in support of the Settlement. Within thirty (30) days after the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendant shall provide Class Counsel with a confidential declaration or affidavit, suitable for filing under seal upon the Court’s request, attesting that agreed upon security-related measures have been implemented on or before and up to the date of the Preliminary Approval Order and identifying the approximate cost of those security-related measures. Costs associated with these security-related measures should be paid by Defendant separate and apart from other settlement benefits and separate and apart from the Settlement Fund.
