Additional Services Fee. 6.3.1 The Owner shall pay the Consultant the Additional Services Fees for the associated Additional Services, when those Services are performed in accordance with the Agreement. 6.3.1.1 For Additional Services performed by a Sub-consultant, the Additional Services Fees shall be based on the Sub-consultant’s associated invoices to the Consultant and may include a Consultant ▇▇▇▇-up negotiated between the Owner and Consultant. 6.3.2 Additional Services Fees shall be approved only by an amendment to this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.3. 6.3.3 The Consultant, with the prior written consent of the Owner, may provide Additional Services through one or more Sub-consultants.
