SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. The LA and County previously executed Supplemental Agreement No. 4 in order to provide for additional services and additional services compensation in relation to the LA’s subconsultants, which were primarily for architecture services with extended Construction Observation (CO) services for civil and structural, and it did not include any necessary additional services for LA at that time. It is now necessary to set forth the following additional services and additional services compensation for the extension of construction observation services to be performed by LA (the “Additional Services”):
A. River Ranch County Park (RRCP) Construction Schedule Extension
B. River Rach Interpretative Center (RRIC)

SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. The Additional Services contemplated under this SOW are a custom enhancement for a service that provides a test environment that is the functional equivalent to the production NPAC/SMS. This test environment is specifically for services outside the scope of the Master Agreement and outside software release SOWs. The Additional Services to be undertaken by Contractor are generally described as set forth below. Furthermore, this SOW does not in any way entitle a User to access the production NPAC/SMS. Testing associated with this SOW will not in any way satisfy the certification testing requirements of SOW 24 (Continuing Certification Process) and as such will not result in validation of the User’s systems as certified for LNP purposes. The NPAC/SMS Test Platform (the “NPAC/SMS Test Platform”) shall provide a suitable environment for Service Providers to perform unsupported regression testing and testing for vendor software. SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services: Provide demolition, design, and engineering drawings and specifications to remodel the existing men’s and women’s shower/ restrooms adjacent to the new corrections officer change-out locker room. The plans developed shall provide a complete modernization of the restrooms to bring the spaces into compliance of design standards and construction codes adopted by County as of the date of this Supplemental Agreement. Provide construction administration and close-out services to support the construction of the designed improvements.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services: Provide additional construction administration services for the (1) Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) portion of the fuel area construction; (2) construction of Alternate #1 A - Facility Storage Building; and (3) remodel of the existing vehicle impound building at the Project. The additional construction administration services shall be performed in the same manner and accordance with the Construction Phase Services set out under Paragraph (f.) of Exhibit “B” of the Agreement.
