Additional Services Fees and Reimbursable Expenses. 6.4.2.1 Payments of Additional Services Fees in accordance with Section 6.2 and for Reimbursable Expenses in accordance with Section 6.3 shall be made monthly based upon Additional Services performed or expenses incurred, as applicable, and as shown by a properly completed Professional Services Pay Request.
