Common use of Additional Statements of Work Clause in Contracts

Additional Statements of Work. The Parties from time to time may elect to enter into additional statements of work for additional services to be rendered by Company. All additional statements of work must be executed by authorized representative of both Parties and must be substantially in the form of existing Statement of Work or such other format as the Parties may mutually agree. All such Statements of Work shall be governed by this Agreement.
