Common use of Additional Steps Clause in Contracts

Additional Steps. You may be asked, from time to time, to take certain additional steps necessary to enable THE COMPANY to provide its services. For example, You may need to allow the installation of software on Your Practice’s computer systems to provide a link between your office systems and THE COMPANY. For each of these steps, You will be given a separate explanation of the needed action on Your part, and You will have the opportunity to agree or disagree. However, if You don’t agree to a step that is necessary for THE COMPANY to operate under these Terms and Conditions, then that could cause THE COMPANY to have to close Your THE COMPANY Partner Account and terminate your status as a THE COMPANY Partner. 1) In connection with any installation of software on Your computer systems, to provide a link between Your office systems and THE COMPANY, THE COMPANY agrees that at all times it shall keep confidential Your information, Your Practice’s information, and any information pertaining to Your Customers and Your Patients, and shall use such information only for the limited purposes set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
