Common use of Additional Storage Clause in Contracts

Additional Storage. Landlord shall provide Tenant with access to and use an exterior storage area as shown on Exhibit I (“Storage Area”). Tenant shall use the Storage Area in compliance with all Environmental Laws and in compliance with Section 5.4 of this Lease. Other tenants may utilize other portions of the structure or area in which the Storage Area is located, provided that Tenant shall always have access to no less than one-half of the capacity of the larger structure (as shown on Exhibit I). Tenant shall not exceed its share of any storage allocation applicable to the Storage Area, as reasonably determined by Landlord.
