Additional Timber Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Timber' clause defines the terms under which extra timber, beyond the originally agreed quantity, may be supplied or requested during the course of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the process for ordering additional timber, the pricing mechanism for such orders, and any limitations or conditions that apply, such as maximum allowable quantities or required notice periods. Its core function is to provide flexibility for both parties to adjust to changing project needs while ensuring that the terms for any extra supply are clear and agreed in advance, thereby preventing disputes over scope or cost.
