Addressed to. a. The applicable address, facsimile number, or e-mail address stated on the first page of this Agreement, unless Notice has been given to the other party of a change of address; or b. For the Producer, the last known address, facsimile number, or e-mail address as shown in the Company records; or c. For Company, the current mailing address, facsimile number, and e-mail address of the ING Service Center in Des Moines, IA, as posted on the Company Producer/Distributor Web site.
