The Builder is neither responsible for nor has control of the use of the land adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Property and makes no representations or warranties with respect to the use or future use of the land adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Property. The Builder also has no control over and is not responsible for any easements on, adjacent to, or in the vicinity of the Property. Buyer understands that individuals, corporations, and/or utilities may have specific rights granted by those easements, if any, including but not limited to, access to and use of the land described by the easements, even though the use of any easement may not be evident at the present time.
