Common use of Adjacent Properties Clause in Contracts

Adjacent Properties. RENTER, his/her guests, invitees and contractors and the RENTER’s event generally shall have no adverse effects on the operations of AVFRD emergency services. Use of the Premises is limited to the interior of the building except when parking and for ingress/egress purposes. There shall be no outdoor gatherings or activities. Smoking is permitted outside the facility in the designated area only. A violation of this provision shall constitute a material default by RENTER of the terms of this Agreement.
