Adjournment Not In Order. 1. A motion to adjourn the meeting shall be in order except: a) When a member is in possession of the Floor; or during the taking of a vote; or b) During the taking of a vote, but no second motion to the same effect shall be made until after some intermediate proceedings shall have taken place.
