Adjustment for Excess Volume Clause Samples
The "Adjustment for Excess Volume" clause defines how parties will handle situations where the quantity of goods or services delivered exceeds the agreed-upon amount. Typically, this clause outlines the process for calculating additional charges, discounts, or other remedies if the supplier provides more than the contracted volume, such as adjusting the invoice or requiring return of the excess. Its core function is to ensure fairness and clarity in transactions by preemptively addressing the financial and logistical implications of over-delivery, thereby preventing disputes and misunderstandings.
