Adjustment of allowances Sample Clauses

The "Adjustment of allowances" clause defines how financial allowances or budgeted amounts within a contract may be modified during the course of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which adjustments can be made, such as changes in project scope, unforeseen expenses, or variations in material costs, and specifies the process for requesting and approving such changes. Its core practical function is to provide a clear mechanism for updating financial provisions, ensuring that both parties can adapt to changing conditions without breaching the contract or causing disputes over costs.
