Any employee bargaining unit member in the bargaining unit who works an average a minimum of thirty (30) minutes or more per day in excess of his/her regular part-time assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive working days or more shall have his/her regular assignment adjusted upward changed to reflect the longer hours, effective with the next pay periodin order to acquire pro-rata fringe benefits under this Agreement.
