Adjustment of Hours. Daily hours of work may be adjusted according to the needs of the business. The normal work week for time employees shall consist of five (5) consecutive days. The Company reserves the right to establish alternative work schedules.

Overtime will be defined as any hours which the employee is required by the Company to work in excess of seven and one half (7%) hours daily or thirty seven and one half (37%)hours in a week and will be paid for at the rate of time and one half the employee's regular wage rate.
