Adjustments for Share Splits, Etc. Wherever in this Agreement there is a reference to a specific number of shares of Series A-1 Shares, Series A Shares, Series B Shares, Series C Shares, Series D Shares, Series E Shares or Common Shares of the Company, then, upon the occurrence of any subdivision, combination or share dividend of the Series A-1 Shares, Series A Shares, Series B Shares, Series C Shares, Series D Shares, Series E Shares or Common Shares, the specific number of shares so referenced in this Agreement shall automatically be proportionally adjusted to reflect the effect on the outstanding shares of such class or series of shares by such subdivision, combination or share dividend.

Wherever in this Agreement there is a reference to a specific number of shares of Preferred Shares or Ordinary Shares of the Company, then, upon the occurrence of any subdivision, combination or share dividend of the Preferred Shares or Ordinary Shares, the specific number of shares so referenced in this Agreement shall automatically be proportionally adjusted to reflect the effect on the outstanding shares of such class or series of shares by such subdivision, combination or share dividend.
