Common use of Administration and Services Clause in Contracts

Administration and Services. (1) The total amount payable to the Contractor for the administration and services defined under the statement of work is TBD (~$13,000,000.00). (2) The Contractor will receive 80% of the Administration and Services funds in monthly installments upon receipt of monthly reports and invoice documents as outlined in Section e. Deliverable Table. (3) The Contractor will receive 20% of the Administration and Services funds in quarterly installments upon timely and successful completion of deliverables as outlined in Section e. Deliverable Table.
