Administration Area Arrangements: The Administration Area includes office areas, a break area, a light maintenance area and supporting rooms which conform to the requirements of Group Occupancy. Building construction shall conform to IBC Type II non combustible, non-protected. Acoustical separation is required from the Generation Rooms to the Administration Area with a minimum Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 54.   • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements.
