Administration of Claims. 11.1 The Settlement Administrator shall administer and calculate the claims submitted by Settlement Class Members. Class Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel shall be given reports as to both claims and distribution periodically or as requested and have the right to review and obtain supporting documentation and challenge such reports if they believe them to be inaccurate or inadequate. Any determination by the Settlement Administrator regarding the validity or invalidity of any such claims shall be binding, subject to the Claim Resolution process set forth in Section 4.
