ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, any changes to Contract Documents will be made in the form of a written Amendment authorized by the parties in the same manner as this Agreement. Any Contractor initiated requests for Amendments will be provided to Owner in writing and must be accompanied by a narrative description of the proposed change and the reasons for the request. Any such requests shall be directed to: Senior Manager, Business Services Administrative Office of the Courts Business Services, Floor 7 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ San Francisco, CA 94102 No Service Work Order shall act to modify the Contract Documents, and any SWO that purports to do so shall be null and void, and without effect. Service Work Orders shall be initiated, authorized, and modified in accordance with the procedures established in Article 2.11.
