Administration Offices Clause Samples

The 'Administration Offices' clause defines the designated locations where the administrative functions and official communications related to the agreement will be managed. Typically, this clause specifies the physical or mailing addresses of the parties' main offices responsible for contract administration, and may outline procedures for updating these details if they change. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear and consistent point of contact for administrative matters, reducing confusion and facilitating effective communication throughout the duration of the agreement.

The Company is to provide, rent free, one office of at least 30m2 to be shared by these 4 Departments, which will be responsible for their own furnishing, and for power, telephone, water and cleaning costs.
Administration Offices. Before the Operation Date, the Concessionaire shall grant to the Competent Authority with no additional cost the necessary premises for offices and/or other premises such as parking lots, as provided to the Competent Authority delivering state services in the SIA, unless otherwise agreed upon between the Concessionaire and the Competent Authority providing such services. The Concessionaire shall guarantee to (i) the Competent Authority providing State Services in the SIA before the Operation Date and (ii) the Independent Engineer after the Effective Date the necessary offices and other premises, as may be requested from Competent Authorities or the Independent Engineer, for which the Concessionaire has agreed upon, with no additional cost to the Competent Authority and the Independent Engineer. Any office granted to the Competent Authority or the Independent Engineer by the Concessionaire shall be handed over without including furniture, office supplies and equipment, thus ensuring the same standard and quality with the offices, premises and facilities to be used by the Concessionaire, whose location shall be agreed upon between the Competent Authority or the Independent Engineer, as the case may be, and the Concessionaire.
