Common use of Administration; Reports Clause in Contracts

Administration; Reports. The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all ministerial matters in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Collateral Agent or the Servicer, as the case may be, in the preparation of any routine reports to Secured Parties or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.
