Administrative Actions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, and unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all actions taken or to be taken by the City under this Agreement may be taken by administrative action and shall not require legislative action of the City beyond the legislative action authorizing the execution of this Agreement.
