Common use of Administrative Allocation Clause in Contracts

Administrative Allocation. The COUNTY shall retain up to twenty percent (20%) of the total CDBG Program funds allocated to the COUNTY for the purpose of general oversight, management, coordination and related costs. The expenditure of these funds shall be within the sole discretion of the COUNTY for the purposes of carrying out the CDBG Program.
