ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. 1. Maintain documentation of all activities implemented in accordance with the project work plan and make such documentation available to the project Steering Committee for project planning, reporting and evaluation. 2. Work collaboratively with San Mateo County Alcohol and Other Drug Services staff and South Coast Children’s Services to meet the objectives of the project work plan and achieve projected outcomes of the grant. Work collaboratively with the project evaluator, WestEd, to accomplish the data collection, reporting, evaluation and quality improvement tasks included in the project work plan and evaluation plan. 3. Provide and report hours of staff availability each program year dedicated to alcohol and drug prevention direct program services, preparation time, and record keeping time.
