Common use of Administrative Assignment Clause in Contracts

Administrative Assignment. The Superintendent or designee, subject to the approval of the Board of Education, reserves the right to transfer staff at any time such assignment appears to be in the best interest of the District. Bargaining unit members may request a conference with the appropriate administrator and may also request a written rationale for the administrative assignment. A copy of the written rationale shall become part of the employees' personnel files.
