Administrative Assistant. During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive with one (1) full-time administrative assistant mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive. As Executive directs from time to time, the administrative assistant may assist the Executive with all manner of Executive’s business dealings and personal dealings, including Executive’s business dealings on behalf of the Company, personal and family matters, and/or Executive’s outside business and non-business activities. It is additionally agreed between the Company and Executive that, from time to time and on an as-needed basis, Executive may additionally use other Company administrative staff to assist Executive in all manner of Executive’s other non-Company activities.
