Administrative Coordination. Prior to introduction of new or revised employee-related Contractor Operating Instructions (COIs) and Work Instructions (WI’s), the Company will provide to the Union in writing and upon request will discuss and coordinate any changes to COIs and WIs that affect Bargaining Unit employees prior to implementation.
