Utility Coordination. Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

Utility Coordination. The Utility Coordinator shall perform utility coordination and liaison activities with involved utility owners, their consultants, and the County to achieve timely project notifications, formal coordination meetings, conflict analysis and resolution. • The Utility Coordinator shall coordinate all activities to facilitate the orderly progress and timely completion of the design phase. • The Utility Coordinator shall provide initial project notification letters to all affected utility companies, owners, and other concerned parties. • The Utility Coordinator shall provide a Utility Contact List for each. • The Utility Coordinator shall advise utility companies and owners of the general characteristics of the Project and provide an illustration of the project footprint for mark-up of utility facility locations that occupy the project area.
Utility Coordination. The Owner AGREES to coordinate the design for the installation of utility plans within the Plan of Subdivision and has produced a Composite Utility Plan (Schedule “H”) to the satisfaction of the City’s Engineering and Corporate Assets Department and the necessary utility authorities prior to the issuance of any Building Permits within the Plan of Subdivision. The Composite Utility Plan shall contain the plans required for the installation of primary and secondary electricity, telecommunication, street lighting, and/or gas services as available.
Utility Coordination. The Consultant shall make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact to existing utilities and also minimize lengths of relocated or proposed additional utilities.
Utility Coordination. When an individual Utility identifies a major infraction for a Contractor, all Utilities will be notified of the circumstances of the major infraction. The Contractor will have five (5) business days from the date a notice of action by a Utility is issued to provide a response if it believes there are extenuating circumstances that merit reconsideration of the action by the Utility. The Utility will provide a response within ten (10) business days and either confirm initial remediation action or issue a modified response.

Utility Coordination. The Contractor is responsible for all coordination effort with regards to utilities on the project including temporary service interruptions, tie-ins, etc. and scheduling the inspection of all Contractor Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for any financial claims associated with missed inspections, repeat inspections, or any costs associated with re-working portions of the project due to failed inspections or lack of inspections based on the Contractor's failure to schedule and follow through with same.
Utility Coordination. The CONTRACTOR is to coordinate any utility improvements and / or relocations for this project. The CONTRACTOR shall not use utility delays as a basis for additional compensation. Contractor shall be responsible for all coordination with utilities and shall cooperate fully with utility companies in the relocation of their facilities.
