Common use of Utility Coordination Clause in Contracts

Utility Coordination. The Contractor is responsible for all coordination effort with regards to utilities on the project including temporary service interruptions, tie-ins, etc. and scheduling the inspection of all Contractor Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for any financial claims associated with missed inspections, repeat inspections, or any costs associated with re-working portions of the project due to failed inspections or lack of inspections based on the Contractor's failure to schedule and follow through with same.
