Common use of Administrative Privileges Clause in Contracts

Administrative Privileges. At the time of ordering the Services from Aptum (Managed and Self-Managed), the Customer shall designate Aptum as its Azure subscription agent or “AOBO” (as this term is defined in the Azure plan found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-us/partner-center/azure-plan-manage); failure to make such designation may result in a suspension or termination of the Services.
