Common use of Administrative Processing Clause in Contracts

Administrative Processing. The administrative processing portion of the Pre- License Survey (which includes without limitation processing the Application, preparing Make-Ready Work orders, notifying Joint Users and other persons and entities of work requirements and schedules, coordinating the relocation/rearrangement of AT&T and/or other Licensed Facilities) will be performed by AT&T at Licensee’s expense. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, AT&T shall bear no responsibility for the relocation, rearrangement or removal of Facilities used for the transmission or distribution of electric power.
