Administrator and Association Representative. If the nurse is not satisfied with the reply at Step 2, the nurse shall present the written grievance to the Medical Center Administrator or designee within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the response of the Chief Administrative Officer or designee. The Medical Center Administrator or designee thereafter shall meet with the Association representative within fourteen (14) calendar days for the purpose of resolving the grievance. The Association may initiate a grievance at Step 3 if the grievance involves a group of nurses and if the grievance is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the nurses were or should have been aware a grievance existed. The Medical Center Administrator or designee shall respond in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Step 3 meeting.
