Administrator Duties. This Split Dollar Agreement shall be administered by an Administrator, which shall consist of the board or such committee as the board shall appoint. The Executive may be a members of the Administrator. The Administrator shall also have the discretion and authority to (a) make, amend, interpret, and enforce all appropriate rules and regulations for the administration of this Split Dollar Agreement and (b) decide or resolve any and all questions, including interpretations of this Split Dollar Agreement, as may arise in connection with the Split Dollar Agreement.
