ADMINISTRATORS TEACHING. 1.7.1 Administrators may be assigned instructional duties with the following provisions: 1.7.1.1 functional areas must have received their budgeted section allocations for the coming year prior to an administrator teaching proposal being made; 1.7.1.2 work that would otherwise be assigned within the bargaining unit may not be assigned to an administrator; 1.7.1.3 such assignments shall be made in accordance with the provisions of 6.
ADMINISTRATORS TEACHING. 1.7.1 Administrators may be assigned instructional duties with the following provisions: 7.2.5 without the participation of the administrator in the consultative process; • administrator’s instructional qualifications shall be assessed through a search like process which, to the extent possible, will parallel that used for the hiring of instructional faculty; • administrators holding instructional assignments shall be evaluated for those assignments in accordance with article 11.5 and recommendations of the evaluation committee shall be forwarded to the Union; • such assignments shall not constitute contracting out as contemplated under article 1.4 of the collective agreement; • such assignments shall not carry remuneration or benefits beyond the release from an equivalent amount of administrator duties. Such release is at the discretion of the College. • instructional assignments to administrators will only occur after discussion and agreement between the Union and the College. The union will not unreasonably withhold its agreement to such assignments.
ADMINISTRATORS TEACHING. 1. An academic administrator with the desire to teach and who is qualified (as determined by the Director and the Department Chair in consultation with the department) shall be eligible to do so, with the understanding that there will be no reduction in teaching fifths available to faculty and no qualified faculty member will thereby be prevented from having a full teaching load. Before the decision is finalized, the Faculty Association will be notified. 2. The Director and the Department Chair will annually discuss the teaching performance of the administrator to determine continued service in that role.

  • Administrators The Administrator may employ one or more sub-administrators from time to time to perform such of the acts and services of the Administrator and upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Administrator and such sub-administrators and approved by the Trustees of the Fund, all as permitted by the Investment Company Act of 1940.

  • Administrator Discretion The Administrator, in its discretion, may accelerate the vesting of the balance, or some lesser portion of the balance, of the unvested Option at any time, subject to the terms of the Plan. If so accelerated, such Option will be considered as having vested as of the date specified by the Administrator.

  • Administrator’s Declaration Not later than 14 days before the date by which Plaintiff is required to file the Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement, the Administrator will provide to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel, a signed declaration suitable for filing in Court attesting to its due diligence and compliance with all of its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, its mailing of Class Notice, the Class Notices returned as undelivered, the re-mailing of Class Notices, attempts to locate Class Members, the total number of Requests for Exclusion from Settlement it received (both valid or invalid), the number of written objections and attach the Exclusion List. The Administrator will supplement its declaration as needed or requested by the Parties and/or the Court. Class Counsel is responsible for filing the Administrator’s declaration(s) in Court.

  • Administrator Duties The Administrator has a duty to perform or observe all tasks to be performed or observed by the Administrator contained in this Agreement or otherwise.

  • Administrator 11 9. Provide written notice of termination of services to each client being served under this 12 Agreement, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of termination notice. A copy of the notice of 13 termination of services must also be provided to ADMINISTRATOR within the fifteen (15) calendar 14 day period. 15 G. The rights and remedies of COUNTY provided in this Termination Paragraph shall not be 16 exclusive, and are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this Agreement. 17
