Common use of ADVANCE AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

ADVANCE AUTHORITY. A nurse will be expected to obtain proper advance 12 authorization, except in an emergency, from an appropriate supervisor for work in 13 excess of the nurse’s workday or workweek. The Medical Center will not discourage 14 any nurse from seeking advance authorization.
