Advancement on Full-Time Salary Schedule. 1. Tenured Advancement: Tenured advancement on the schedule shall be to the fullest extent authorized and funded by the Legislature. Advancement is based upon years of experience in the District or as defined in Section B of this appendix. 2. Increments: Annually, upon the signing of the Washington state appropriations bill, the Association and the District shall meet jointly at the soonest mutually agreeable time to discuss the increment distribution for the faculty covered by this Agreement. Increments can only be distributed in a manner and extent authorized and funded by the legislature and the SBCTC. 3. Return from Administrative Position: A faculty member returning from an administrative position will be placed at the salary step he/she would be on had he/she remained faculty. 4. Distribution of state funded increments, COLA salary savings and adjustments to the faculty salary schedules shall be determined by the salary committee of the AHE and a District team.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • Placement on the Salary Schedule Members of the bargaining unit shall be placed on the salary schedule at the step appropriate for training and creditable years of experience.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of Employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix B which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Payment on Termination If an employee is terminated after the end of a year of employment, the employee is deemed to have been given any untaken leave from the date of termination and shall be paid for that leave accordingly. The employee shall also be paid for any public holidays falling within the period of leave in addition to payment for the leave. If an employee is terminated before the end of a full year of employment, the employee shall be paid pro-rata annual leave based on the period of service.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.
