AFFECTED GROUP Clause Samples
The "Affected Group" clause defines which individuals or entities are considered impacted by certain events or circumstances under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies that the rights, obligations, or protections described in the contract apply to a particular subset of parties, such as employees, subsidiaries, or contractors, depending on the context. By clearly identifying who is included in the affected group, the clause ensures that all parties understand the scope of application, thereby preventing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding coverage or responsibility.
