Affirmation Except as specifically amended pursuant to the terms hereof, each Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Credit Agreement and all other Financing Documents (and all covenants, terms, conditions and agreements therein) shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects by such Borrower. Each Borrower covenants and agrees to comply with all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the Financing Documents, notwithstanding any prior course of conduct, waivers, releases or other actions or inactions on Agent’s or any Lender’s part which might otherwise constitute or be construed as a waiver of or amendment to such terms, covenants and conditions.

Reaffirmation of Representations The Borrower hereby repeats and reaffirms all representations and warranties made by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment and the other Credit Documents on and as of the date hereof with the same force and effect as if such representations and warranties were set forth in this Amendment in full.
Certification of Coverage Engineer shall furnish County with a certification of coverage issued by the insurer. Engineer shall not cause any insurance to be canceled nor permit any insurance to lapse. In addition to any other notification requires set forth hereunder, Engineer shall also notify County, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, of any notices of expiration, cancellation, non-renewal, or material change in coverage it receives from its insurer.
