After moving in. i. If the student chooses to leave on-campus housing after moving in (receiving keys), but continues to be enrolled, no refund will be given for current semester. ii. If the student ceases to be enrolled at East Georgia State College during the contract period based on his/her own free will or failure to attend classes, the contract shall terminate immediately upon verification of non-enrollment and the student must vacate his/her assigned room within 48 hours after non-enrollment is verified. No refund will be given for current semester.
