After Posting of the Schedule. (i) When all regular part-time nurses have been given the opportunity to work up to their commitment, the Hospital will offer additional tours to nurses on the basis of seniority, subject to the provisions of the Employment Standards Act and the following: (1) Additional tours will be offered as soon as they come available. (2) Regular part-time nurses in that unit. (3) Regular part-time nurses in another unit who have indicated their availability to work. (4) Casual part-time nurses who have indicated their availability to work. (5) If tours are still available, they will be offered to all regular part-time nurses then casual part-time. (6) Nurses on that unit who will be in overtime. (7) Nurses in another unit who will be in overtime.

(ii) When all regular part-time nurses have been given the opportunity to work up to their commitment, the Hospital will offer additional tours to regular and casual part-time nurses on the basis of seniority, subject to the following: (1) It is understood that the Hospital will not be required to offer tours which would result in premium pay. (2) When a regular part-time or a casual part-time nurse accepts an additional tour, she or he must report for that tour unless arrangements satisfactory to the Hospital are made. (3) If no part-time nurse is available at straight or premium pay, then the tour may be offered to a full-time nurse by order of seniority. (4) For clarity, it is understood that job-sharers may only make themselves available for additional tours when neither job- share partner is scheduled on their full-time rotation or when staffing needs continue to exist after the conditions of Article L.17 (a) (ii) and L.17 (b) (ii) have been satisfied.

An error in the above mechanism for shift distribution initiated by a registered nurse will be resolved by offering the aggrieved nurse a shift as an extra at a time agreeable to the nurse. Such shift will not result in a premium situation. An error in the above mechanism for shift distribution by the Hospital will result in the aggrieved nurse being paid.
After Posting of the Schedule. Additional available tours after the schedule has been posted will be offered by seniority as follows: i) To RPT Employees from the unit who have not been offered their commitment; ii) To RPT and Job Sharers from the unit who have indicated in the Time and Attendance System that they are available for additional shifts; iii) To Casuals on the unit by seniority on a rotational basis for each individual shift; iv) To RPT and Job Sharers in the secondary pool who have indicated in the Time and Attendance System that they are available for additional shifts; see definition of secondary pool below. v) To Casual employees by seniority on a rotational basis for each individual shift from the secondary pool who have indicated in writing to their manager that they are available for additional shifts.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.

  • Scope of the Services UNOPS intends to retain the Contractor for the implementation of the Services, and the Contractor intends to provide the Services. The Contractor has represented to UNOPS that it has the appropriate experience, expertise, licences, and resources to undertake the Services and has agreed to undertake the Services in accordance with the Contract. In reliance on the Contractor’s representations UNOPS has entered into the Contract. The Contract sets out the terms and conditions upon which the Contractor will undertake the Services.

  • Unavailability of Tenor of Benchmark Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, at any time (including in connection with the implementation of a Benchmark Replacement), (i) if the then-current Benchmark is a term rate (including the Term SOFR Reference Rate) and either (A) any tenor for such Benchmark is not displayed on a screen or other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion or (B) the regulatory supervisor for the administrator of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has provided a public statement or publication of information announcing that any tenor for such Benchmark is not or will not be representative, then the Administrative Agent may modify the definition of “Interest Period” (or any similar or analogous definition) for any Benchmark settings at or after such time to remove such unavailable or non-representative tenor and (ii) if a tenor that was removed pursuant to clause (i) above either (A) is subsequently displayed on a screen or information service for a Benchmark (including a Benchmark Replacement) or (B) is not, or is no longer, subject to an announcement that it is not or will not be representative for a Benchmark (including a Benchmark Replacement), then the Administrative Agent may modify the definition of “Interest Period” (or any similar or analogous definition) for all Benchmark settings at or after such time to reinstate such previously removed tenor.

  • Description of the service 10.1.1 Automatic transfer service implies a transfer by the bank of the funds from the client’s account without further consent of the client, on the basis of fixed amount determined by the client in its application form or of information provided by the client’s creditor to the bank on the client’s debt. 10.1.2 The parties agree that the payment order created (generated) by the bank for the purposes of automatic transfer services shall have the legal force equal to the document having been printed on the paper and executed by the person(s) authorized to manage of the account. 10.1.3 The bank shall carry out the automatic transfer services in accordance with requirements and conditions stipulated in this agreement, the application on registration for automatic transfer service and the sources disseminated by the bank. 10.1.4 For the purposes of obtaining automatic transfer services the client shall apply to the bank with the application as per paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.
